Our pharmacy operations span the full continuum of care including Medication History Specialty Pharmacy Infusion Pharmacy Medication Therapy Management and Medication Care Coordination supporting thousands of patients navigating complex therapeutic journeys. Scope of work
Maintains accountability for the supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise. Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental objectives. Coordinates process improvement activities resolves human capital issues and assists with program development in area of accountability. Works with multiple medication automation systems. Ensures department and personnel compliance with current regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy Required.
- 2 years of relevant experience Required
- One year of relevant experience to include the skills knowledge abilities gained through related leadership experience or post graduate residency training (PGY2) Required.
- MI Clinical Pharmacist 90 Days required and
- MI Pharmacist Controlled Substance 90 Days required.
