Job Summary

Imagicle delivers AI-powered UC and CX apps Omnichannel Contact Center & Receptionist with Virtual Agents Compliance & Quality Recording and Advanced Analytics delivering faster smarter and easier communication and collaboration across cloud hybrid and on-prem environments for Cisco/Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Born in Italy and now proudly global weve grown to serve customers in 150 countries with offices in Miami Riyadh Dubai and Paris. Since opening our U.S. headquarters in Fort Lauderdale (Miami area) in 2017 weve built strong partnerships across North Central and South America but were just getting started!
Thats why we are looking for a passionate Territory Account Manager to join our Sales Team and focus on the Midwest region of the United States of America (IL IN IA KS MI MN MO NE ND OH SD WI WV and KY) with a full remote position. The Imagicle Sales team is a critical part of our future success and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there.
Previous experience is of course appreciated but not at all a requirement if you bring the right energy and attitude to the table. Are you up for the challenge Imagicle is the right place for you!
What you will do in Imagicle
  • Identify develop and expand customers in the assigned region: IL IN IA KS MI MN MO NE ND OH SD WI WV and KY.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls emails and web 2.0 tools.
  • Generate additional demand through partner events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform effective online demos to customers.
  • Help partners to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain and expand the database of contacts on corporate CRM.
Required skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Travel might be required 30% of the time.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
