Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Contract / Travel
Location: Ashland OR
Position Type: Contract
Schedule:
- Day Shift (8 hours)
- 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting. This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic care to a general outpatient population while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Float between clinic locations as required
- Adhere to all clinical and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Open to new graduates
- Open to first-time travelers
- PTA candidates may also be considered
