QHSE Manager

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a QHSE Manager Nationwide (based in our Doncaster or Widnes). As a member of the QHSE team youll play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver that safely. This is an opportunity to influence our operational leaders shape culture driver operational excellence and make a measurable impact across a dynamic business.

What youll do as a QHSE Manager:

• Be the trusted QHSE partner working with our people supporting service centres projects and field-based teams to create an environment where everyone goes home safely everyday

• Support our teams to identify assess and control risk through robust risk management safe systems of work and practical risk management solutions that enable safe delivery

• Embed quality and environmental best practices support our teams to improve process effectiveness and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with ISO standards

• Lead investigations into incidents near misses and significant risks applying root cause analysis to identify corrective actions and lessons driving sustainable improvement

• Drive improvements by leading audits inspections and observations ensuring compliance with legal requirements ISO management systems and our HSE standards
