Client Service Representative Ontario

The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting families throughout their service journey with a strong focus onmaintainingaccuratebilling practices and ensuring Accounts Receivable (AR)remainscurrent and within organizational standards. This roleis responsible forassistingwith client onboarding monitoringfundingand authorization usage and proactively supporting AR follow-ups to minimize outstanding balances and reduce financial risk.

Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned clients the CSR provides clear professional andtimelycommunicationregardingservices funding and payments. This position ensures that client records areaccurate billing processes are followed correctly and any risks related to funding or overdue accounts areidentifiedearly and escalated as needed.

Employment type: 14-month maternity leave cover
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST (remote)

Key Responsibilities

Caseload & AR Management (75%)

• Act as the lead administrative contact for assigned families from onboarding through the service journey
• Monitor funding authorizations and billing accuracy to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Proactively manage AR collections to minimize outstanding balances and financial risk.

• Provide professional empathetic support to families.

• Resolve billing inquiries and service concerns efficiently.

Communication & CRM Support (5%)

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and document interactions in the CRM.
• Schedule intake meetings and coordinate onboarding steps for new clients.

• Experience in client services or customer-facing administrative support
• Strong clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities andabilityto navigate day-to-day issues independently
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel Outlook and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working collaboratively with families clinicians and internal teams
