Your key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing Verizon business customers.
• Effectively communicating Verizons products and services to meet customers requirements.
• Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals through consultative selling techniques.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with the team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred especially with Verizon or telecommunications industry.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.

• Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!
