The Operational Technology FWS Student Assistant supports departmental projects research events and provides professional assistance to students staff and IT community members.



Responsibilities

DUTIES:

Responsibilities include organizing tasks managing the teams ticket queue general administrative support and using Microsoft Teams to improve efficiency. Additional duties may involve providing support to ID card services (inventory testing and fieldwork) as needed.

  • Hourly Rate: $15.00
  • Shift Hours: 8AM - 5PM
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours per Week: 20

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have FWS or SWS award.
  • Must be a registered USF student.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software; ability to learn office systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in customer service or office work knowledge of data entry systems or specialized departmental tools strong organizational and time-management skills.
