About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engagement Manager to lead the daytoday delivery and execution of cuttingedge AI projects in the Life Sciences R&D space with a focus on Clinical Development this role you will be responsible for managing one or more client engagements translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring highquality delivery of AIenabled is a handson clientfacing role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of project leadership applied AI and life sciences domain expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders owning the operational management of engagements while contributing to solution design client communication and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & DaytoDay Leadership
• Serve as the primary daytoday point of contact for client stakeholders on assigned engagements.
• Manage client expectations communication and delivery cadence escalating risks and decisions as needed.
• Support engagement shaping activities including contributing to proposals workplans and client presentations.
• Help translate highlevel client objectives into clear scopes milestones and delivery plans.
• Build trusted working relationships with client team members across clinical data and technology functions.

Project Management & Delivery Execution

• Lead the endtoend execution of 12 AIenabled client engagements at a time ensuring delivery against scope timeline and quality expectations.
• Manage crossfunctional project teams including data scientists engineers clinicians and analysts.
• Coordinate daytoday activities such as sprint planning backlog prioritization dependency management and delivery tracking.
• Oversee delivery of AI/ML solutions related to clinical development simulation leveraging realworld data (RWD) clinical trial data and other structured and unstructured sources.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure AI solutions are scientifically sound technically robust and clientready.
• Support development and application of IQVIAs foundation AI simulation capabilities within client engagements.
• Identify risks issues and tradeoffs early and proactively drive resolution.

Solution & Capability Contribution

• Contribute to the design and refinement of AI roadmaps PoCs ML pipelines and deployment approaches within projects.
• Help operationalize emerging AI capabilities into repeatable delivery patterns and clientready solutions.
• Collaborate with thirdparty technology partners and internal platform teams to support successful delivery.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members supporting their professional development on projects.
• Capture delivery learnings and feedback to help inform future offerings and engagement approaches.

MustHaves

• 35 years of experience in Consulting Analytics AI or Data Sciencedriven delivery roles.
• Strong experience managing complex client projects preferably in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and foundation modelbased approaches (deep research background not required).
• Domain experience in Life Sciences (ideally Pharma R&D) or Clinical Development Clinical Operations Regulatory Safety Medical
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams stakeholders and delivery risks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating diverse technical and domain teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and problem solving.

NicetoHaves

• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a clientfacing delivery role.
• Exposure to clinical trial data realworld evidence (RWE) or trial optimization use cases.
• Familiarity with regulatory and data governance considerations in clinical data environments.
• Experience working with cloud or AI platforms such as AWS Azure ML Databricks or foundation model tools.
