- Greater Cincinnati OH area (within 200-mile radius)

What Youll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting
- Convert leads into active customers and build a strong profitable book of business
- Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required)
- Self-motivated results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
