Job Summary

As an Assistant Team Leader youll be right at the heart of our member experience team supporting our consultants to deliver outstanding customer service while keeping our culture upbeat connected and full of energy.

This role is all about balance: half your time will be on the front line connecting with our members and the other half supporting your team to shine and building your capabilities as a leader.

No two days are the same and thats what makes it exciting. Youll play a big part in shaping a supportive high performing team that truly makes a difference to our members.

What youll do:

  • Jump in with the team taking calls answering messages and supporting members directly

  • Partner with your Team Leader to coach motivate and celebrate your team

  • Support new starters to find their rhythm confidence and that signature HBF spark

  • Keep an eye on performance and member feedback spotting opportunities to coach and grow

  • Lead team huddles celebrate wins big and small and keep everyone connected to our purpose

  • Help create a culture where recognition development and wellbeing are just part of the everyday

About you:
Youre a natural motivator problem solver and people person whos all about lifting others up. You bring:

  • Experience (or capability) leading or coaching in a service or sales environment

  • A passion for helping others perform at their best celebrating when they do

  • Great communication skills and the confidence to influence positively

  • A curious proactive mindset you look for ways to make things smoother or smarter

  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm can-do attitude

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office
