Job Summary
We have an exciting role on offer within our Childrens Services as a Deputy Manager in our five bedroomed Childrens Home.
You will have the opportunity to channel your skills and passions into a rewarding career the home is rated Outstanding with Ofsted.
The young people are looking for an inspiring leader a positive role model and a trusted mentor playing a crucial part in their this role you will help them feel safe valued and supported empowering them to reach their full potential and aspire to a brighter future as well as deputising for the manager and leading a positive team.
About you
As a Deputy Manager you will:
- Lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Champion a relational and aspirational culture putting young people at the heart of everything we do.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement shaping a service that sets high standards.
- Provide a home where young people feel safe loved and empowered to achieve their goals and thrive.
Were looking for a passionate and experienced leader with:
- Proven management experience in residential childcare for a minimum of two years.
- Strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 Ofsted and Regulation 44.
- A commitment to trauma-informed evidence-based practice following a PACE model.
- A Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to complete within 18 months).
- Commitment to development and learning.
