Job Summary
Were Hiring: MidLevel Business Analyst (eCommerce / Digital)
Were looking for a midlevel Business Analyst to join our growing digital/eCommerce team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats care deeply about UX/UI and user journeys and want to take real ownership of delivery and outcomes this could be for you.
What youll do:
- Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX UI and endtoend customer journeys
- Manage and deescalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Support the daytoday running of the team ensuring highquality delivery outputs
- Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you
- Help grow and manage the product through strong process prioritisation and collaboration
- Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Coordinate vendors and support thirdparty integrations (exposure to integrations is a plus)
What were looking for:
- 25 years experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or software environment
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and user journeys (eCommerce experience beneficial not essential)
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fastpaced environment
- Processdriven deliveryfocused and eager to take ownership
- Confident communicator who can work with both technical and nontechnical teams
- Willingness to be mentored and grow into increased responsibility
