An exceptional secondary school in Cambridge is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiasticEnglish Teacherto join its successful English department from September 2026.

In the role As anEnglish Teacher you will:

• Teach English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for the rightEnglish Teacher)
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in both English Literature and Language
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations
• Contribute to curriculum planning within the English department
• Support whole-school literacy and reading initiatives

The Ideal person for thisEnglish Teacher rolewill have:

• QTS or ECT status
• A degree in English or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• The ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities
• A positive and collaborative approach as anEnglish Teacher
