- Support onboarding and training of new team members aligned with our culture and standards
- Coach and mentor teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management
- Partner with teachers across all age groups to ensure consistent high-quality instruction
- Deliver exceptional tours to prospective families and manage timely follow-up
- Support enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives
- Create engaging on-brand social media content
- Recognize and celebrate staff and family milestones
- Assist with center events and community partnerships

- Experience in a licensed childcare facility (leadership experience preferred)
- Florida DCF 45 hours (completed or willing to complete upon hire)
- CDA FCCPC or coursework in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Florida Director Credential (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Must meet all state and local licensing requirements
