Job Summary
The Growth Audience Consultant is responsible for ensuring disciplined coordinated execution of the Growth Audiences (GA) strategy in the field. This role acts as a critical extension of the GA Distribution Leaders working closely with the GA focus markets and with the corporate stakeholders that support the GA strategy.
This leader serves as the primary connector between GA Distribution Leaders Corporate resources and inmarket leaders implementing agreed upon plans removing friction between Corporate and field and creating strong feedback loops on what is working in market and recommending adjustments to the strategy as needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements GAmarketlevelplans ensuring focus coordination and consistency with the Distribution priorities and GA strategy.
Functions as an extension of GA Distribution Leader in the markets byworking with field leadership to implement theplanned tacticson their behalf.
Serves as the primary liaison between the GA Distribution Leaders and the various corporate partners in a coordinated way and keeping within the scope of the plans.
Partners withandprovidescoaching and consultation toCorporatefunctions from Engagement Partnerships Financial Education Advisor Recruitment and Development Multicultural and Marketing among others toeffectively execute the GA strategyin thelocalmarkets.
Identifiesbest practices and challenges across GA markets to informbothshort termimprovementsand adjustments to thestrategy. Providesrealtimefeedback on adoption effectiveness and gaps and works with key partners and leaders to improve effectiveness.
Maintainsongoing tracking and reporting of GA key performance indicators including trend analysis and key observationsto inform andrecommendadjustments.
Manages administrative and coordination needs for the GA Distribution Leaders including partnership and community eventlogistics workshop development localized marketing materials etc.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of experience in businessmanagementor similar field preferably in the financial servicesindustrycollaborating directly with financial advisors and field leaders.
Strong communicationskillsability to influence without direct authority.
Exceptionalcrossfunctionalcoordination and stakeholder management.
Excellent planning and organizing skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Comfort with operating in ambiguity while bringing structure and focus.
Advanced skills in MS office products including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
