Youll own the acceleration of ABM/ABXdriven pipeline and revenue growth leading a team of specialist talent shaping major marketing investment and working handinhand with senior stakeholders to unlock digital performance across a diverse regulatedindustry estate.
Responsibilities
Shaping and delivering a unified datadriven digital channel strategy that directly supports business goals and ABM/ABX priorities
Taking full ownership of digital budgets and investment decisions across paid search paid social SEO/AEO and web ensuring maximum return and clarity of impact
Defining what success looks like through robust metrics attribution models and performance frameworks that clearly link digital activity to pipeline and revenue growth
Driving continuous improvement through crosschannel optimisation testing and experimentation including A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
Bringing paid earned and owned channels together into a seamless highimpact digital experience with cohesive content and messaging
Championing innovation across digital marketing embracing AI tools Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and emerging search behaviours to stay ahead of the curve
Managing and partnering with agencies and vendors to deliver highquality outcomes strong performance and consistent standards
Leading coaching and developing a highperforming team of digital specialists building a collaborative culture focused on growth learning and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
You bring extensive experience in B2B digital marketing with deep expertise across multiple digital channels
You have a proven track record of leading and developing teams including senior specialists or team leads
You are highly analytical comfortable working with attribution models performance data and ROI measurement
You have experience managing large digital marketing budgets and making evidence-based investment decisions
You are confident working cross-functionally influencing stakeholders across marketing sales product and analytics
You are experienced with paid media platforms web technologies analytics tools and SEO fundamentals
You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced changeable environment including acquisition-led growth
You are curious about emerging technologies and motivated to test learn and continuously improve digital performance
