We are looking for a Millwright on the day shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created due to growth

The salary range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour commensurate with experience education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

When your actions lead to success:

• Certified Pro: Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) certification is highly preferred.

• Experience: 35 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Dual-Trade Mindset: Strong mechanical skills combined with a solid grasp of electrical components (motors contactors relays and basic wiring).

• Shop Skills: Experience with precision machining (Lathe/Mill) and welding (Gas/Arc) is a major asset.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and digital maintenance logs.

• Soft Skills: A positive attitude a safety-first mentality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

When your expertise drives us:

• Education: High School Diploma Post-secondary in Industrial Mechanics/Maintenance.

• Safety Tickets: Working at Heights and WHMIS (assets).

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) as it pertains to industrial equipment.
