Responsible to produce assemble inspect and pack all parts as per the work instructions for each assigned task or machine. Maintain all required paperwork and documentation to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 13485 machines maintaining productivity efficiency and product visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality of data collection and coordinate with mold techs or maintenance for machine parts from runners by visually examining for: flow lines long gates shorts splaying flash etc. As needed trim and clip excess plastic from up bins of parts from shelves under injection molding breaks as required by lead or parts in bags totes or boxes as applicable (plant specific).Palletize product per work instructions (plant specific).PrerequisitesMinimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing work environment. Injection molding is a work experience showing good attendance levels and that used effective problem solving skills is highly verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of techniques tools machines equipment fixtures and assembly have good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills intermediate computer skills to generate good judgment decision-making abilities and potential for growth within the math skills (add subtract multiply & divide).Experience with weigh GuidelinesHigh School Diploma or equivalency is preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for a candidate who can demonstrate the combination of experience training and education to be capable of successfully fulfilling all duties and responsibilities of the offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $15.00-$20.00 hourly wage. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
