Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves supporting physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care while helping patients improve mobility and overall function. Both experienced candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to patients
Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapist
Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
Collaborate with the care team to deliver effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Open to new graduates
Open to first-time travelers
