Job Description:
ReVireo is looking for an individual to fill the full-time position of Project Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the Project Managers energy modeling expediting and various office managerial tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
This position is hybrid / remote requiring a minimum of two in-office days per month at ReVireos headquarters in Springfield NJ with the potential for increased in-office presence over time.
Job Responsibilities:
Tasks to assist our project management efforts may include but are not limited to:
Support Project Managers:
Managing the preliminary energy modeling manual calculation process and HVAC documentation reviews including the intake from client and return of deliverables to client.
Office Management:
Will assist with planning company events lunches and activities.
Office management including ordering of office/field supplies equipment and general inventory management.
Client communication - respond to calls/emails in a timely manner
Task management and assignment
Ensure task deadlines and turnaround times are met
Follow all company procedures and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Location:
Ideally based in NJ NYC Philadelphia or the surrounding area. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two in-office days per month with the potential for increased in-office presence over time.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary starting is $60000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications
Company profit sharing of 10% net profit to employees allocation based on performance
