Overview
A high-growth technology-enabled healthcare services organization is seeking a Director of ASC Sales to lead expansion within the ambulatory surgery center market. This organization delivers advanced data-driven solutions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency for healthcare providers through analytics automation and deep industry expertise.
This is a hands-on quota-carrying leadership role focused on net-new business development enterprise sales execution and vertical growth. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with established relationships across ASC operators physician groups and outpatient healthcare organizations and a track record of closing complex high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and deliver $5M in annual net-new revenue
- Build manage and convert a high-quality pipeline maintaining clear visibility into funnel progression deal velocity and conversion metrics
- Execute a targeted territory strategy focused on ASC operators physician groups and key decision-makers
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders including CFOs Revenue Cycle Leaders Administrators and Operators
- Translate complex solutions into measurable financial and operational outcomes aligned to client priorities
Strategic Collaboration & Market Expansion
- Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership SMEs operations and implementation teams to drive deal success
- Maintain accurate forecasting pipeline tracking and activity reporting within CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy messaging and growth initiatives within the ASC vertical
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7-10 years of B2B consultative sales experience within healthcare
- Proven success selling into ASC outpatient or physician-led organizations
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in enterprise sales environments
- Experience navigating and closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong existing network within ASC management groups operators or healthcare partners
- Expertise in contracting negotiations and value-based selling
- High level of financial acumen and executive presence
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) healthcare technology or tech-enabled services
- Understanding of ASC revenue cycle workflows including billing coding reimbursement models and payer dynamics
Performance Metrics
- Annual Quota:$5M in new revenue
- Average Deal Size:$300K ARR
- Sales Cycle:3-6 months
- Pipeline Mix:80% outbound 20% inbound
- Primary Focus:Net-new logo acquisition
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings:$575K
- Significant upside aligned to performance

- Remote-first with preference for candidates based in the Dallas market
- Travel required for client meetings conferences and deal execution
