Your Mission

• Develop hardware from concept (schematics/layout) to series production readiness.

• Create and maintain technical documentation across the full product lifecycle.

• Assemble commission and test prototypes and pilot series including measurements and reports.

• Define and implement test and validation specifications for PCBs.

• Support certifications testing and supplier acceptance processes.

• Maintain production data in SAP (ERP).

• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience in hardware development and knowledge of software development.

• Knowledge of 16/32-bit processors and interfaces (SPI I²C USB UART).

• Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) German and French are considered an asset.
