Financial Statement Specialist MTDC (Remote)

Role Summary:

Our PwCAfrica Assurance Multi-TerritoryDelivery Centre(AA MTDC)has an opportunity available for a Financial Statement Specialist with completed SAICACA(SA)Articles who willbe responsible forrendering audit support services. The main dutywill include the performance of financial statementreviews against disclosure requirements of IFRS and IFRS for SME reporting standardson behalf of audit teams.

Qualifications / Certifications:

Completed SAICA articles

or

Completed IAC exam(preferred)

or

Chartered Accountant (SA) (preferred)

Experience required:

Experienceonlargeand/orlistedcompanies will beadvantageous.

Post articleworkingexperience will beadvantageous.

Responsibilities of role:

Performing financial statement disclosurechecklists. Thisincludes financial statements prepared using IFRSandIFRS forSMEsreporting frameworks.

Skill sets:

Strong senseof responsibility

Learning agile

Computer literate(MS Office)

Accurate andorganized with strong attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work under pressure

Very deadline driven

Fluent in English

Good internet access - Remote working is available asan optionfor this role on condition that you are in an area that has good network / connectivity (Laptop and 3G will be provided).
