Partner with the best

The Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for Data Analytics and AI teams by enabling effective Scrum practices removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Product Owners business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data and AI solutions.

As a Scrum Master Data & AI Office you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews and Retrospectives
• Coaching teams on Scrum and Agile best practices adapted for data and AI delivery
• Removing impediments and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint execution
• Tracking and reporting Agile metrics (velocity burndown flow) using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
• Supporting Agile maturity and scaling across multiple Data & AI teams

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science IT or related field

Have a min 5 years of overall experience with 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile role

Have an Experience working with Data Engineering Analytics AI/ML or Digital teams using tools like DataBricks and visualization tools like PowerBI ThoughtSpot or equivalent.

Have hands on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps Jira or equivalent.

Have strong Agile and Scrum knowledge (Scrum Kanban)

Have and Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills

Have an understanding of data and AI delivery lifecycle

Have and analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Have a servant leadership and team focused approach

Have certifications (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
