QUADS Technician (Colchester and Surrounding Area)

As a Cellar Service Technician you will be helping great people in great pubs serve great beer by maintaining and installing the dispensing equipment of brands supplied by Greene King.  Interacting with our customers to ensure their service and quality expectations are exceeded whilst demonstrating the Greene King values.

Ensuring Greene King policies and procedures are followed particularly those relating to health & safety. Ensure the accuracy of all stock recordings and that all stock transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

This is a field-based role covering Colchester and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications :

Your role as a Cellar Service Technician

• Work within a given area and beyond to ensure all service and installs are completed within Service Level Agreements set and ensuring targets are maintained.
• Plan own workload within an area liaising with customers ensuring stock and equipment are in place.
• Responsible for planning all appointments using direct communication with customers and sales teams.
• Cover and support other team members to ensure work is completed in house and within targets set.
• Install brands to dispense and industry standards.
• Provide customer support with dispense issues.
• Manage and maintain stock in vans and at store locations (PUP) ensuring stock takes are completed stock/equipment issued correctly to a job and receipted correctly on the system.
• Additional payments for on call duties covering 9 weeks per year including one bank holiday.

What youll bring... 

• Previous experience in a service based technical environment
• Level 2 Technical Certificate in Cellar Service installation and maintenance NCCSIM
• Proven knowledge of Technical Services / Drinks Industry
• Customer Service / Field based experience
• Mainframe and PC experience with good analytical skills
