Domiciliary Care Manager
Up to 50000 per annum Full-Time Domiciliary Care
Our client is an established and growing domiciliary care provider with an exciting period of expansion underway. With a stable service a strong team already in place and a supportive senior management structure this is a branch that is well-positioned for the next chapter - and they are looking for the right manager to help lead it there.
This is not a turnaround role. Our client is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a service that is already performing well strengthen it further and work alongside a senior leadership team that is genuinely invested in the branchs continued success.

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - essential
- Proven experience in a management role within a domiciliary care setting - essential
- Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance requirements and inspection processes
- A confident collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively within a senior team
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle - essential
- Highly organised with excellent communication and people management skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care in the community
Key Responsibilities
- Taking day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the domiciliary care branch
- Working alongside the senior management team to drive growth quality and service development
- Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining inspection-ready standards at all times
- Leading supporting and developing a strong established care team
- Managing care packages rotas and service delivery to ensure outstanding outcomes for service users
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users families commissioners and healthcare professionals
- Overseeing safeguarding risk management and incident reporting in line with CQC requirements
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the branch as the service continues to expand
