This is not a turnaround role. Our client is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a service that is already performing well strengthen it further and work alongside a senior leadership team that is genuinely invested in the branchs continued success.

What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - essential
Proven experience in a management role within a domiciliary care setting - essential
Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance requirements and inspection processes
A confident collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively within a senior team
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle - essential
Highly organised with excellent communication and people management skills
A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care in the community
Key Responsibilities
Taking day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the domiciliary care branch
Working alongside the senior management team to drive growth quality and service development
Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining inspection-ready standards at all times
Leading supporting and developing a strong established care team
Managing care packages rotas and service delivery to ensure outstanding outcomes for service users
Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users families commissioners and healthcare professionals
Overseeing safeguarding risk management and incident reporting in line with CQC requirements
Contributing to the strategic direction of the branch as the service continues to expand
