The Waterside is a contemporary gastropub serving seasonal selections of elevated British favourites and refreshing drinks for every taste. Located directly on the Thames near Chelsea Harbour our views over the river and two outdoor terraces make us a popular spot in the summertime. At the Waterside our priority is to provide exciting food and drinks with exceptional service to everyone who joins us.
We are looking for more positive energetic and passionate individuals to join our amazing staff this year so if you are looking to master the art of bartending hone your service skills or simply enjoy the fresh air while you work we want to hear from you!

What we look for in aDeputy Manager:
We are looking for a motivated &experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish foodfocused pub. As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passionfor exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub andplay a pivotal part intraining our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight ourcustomers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
