Project Business Developer – Commercial & Residential Market (Motorized Shading Solutions) (all genders)

We are looking for a results-driven Project Business Developer to drive growth across Pomorskie Zachodnio-Pomorskie Wielkopolskie Kujawsko-Pomorskie Łódzkie and Lubuskie. This role involves regular travel to engage with clients and develop opportunities in local markets.

As part of SOMFYs Push & Pull strategy you will strengthen our presence in the residential commercial and hospitality sectors by building lasting partnerships with key construction stakeholders and converting opportunities into long-term business success.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers architects and project stakeholders.
• Promote Somfys innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
• Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of experience in business development sales or project management in real estate smart home or building automation.
• Proven success in managing complex B2B projects.
• Strong technical understanding of IoT smart home ecosystems and motorized shading.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Architecture or related field.
