As we continue to grow we are seeking a Roofing Project Manager with a focus on flat roofing systems particularly SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) applications to support the coordination and execution of high-profile construction projects across the Lower Mainland.

What Youll Do

• Manage the planning execution and completion of commercial roofing projects including but not limited to: SBS hot rubber liquid coatings and sheet metal.
• Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor project costs and control expenses to stay within budget
• Communicate effectively with clients suppliers and team members
• Maintain thorough documentation using project management software
• Administer contracts manage change orders and process progress draws
• Ensure roofing work meets both quality and safety expectations
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges
• Build and maintain strong professional client relationships

What You Bring to the Team

• Extensive hands-on experience with roofing systems including SBS flat roofing
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• In-depth knowledge of WorkSafeBC and RCABC safety protocols and regulations
• High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is an asset
• Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools
