- Assist the Center Director in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high- quality teachers and staff who are committed to our mission and values.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure that the center is delivering high-quality programs and services that meet the evolving needs of children and families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their childs learning and development.
- Support the Center Director in managing the centers budget and financial planning and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the centers programs and services and seek out opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven record of attracting retaining and engaging high-quality teachers and families.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
