Job Summary
The Coordinator Social Media reporting directly into the Senior Manager Social Media will be responsible for executing and managing social media strategies that align with the brands image and business objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility engagement and growth across digital platforms while ensuring all content reflects the premium nature of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop concise creative briefs for select projects partnering with cross-functional teams to align on objectives messaging and deliverables.
- Manage and implement the social media content calendar (Instagram TikTok Facebook and emerging platforms) ensuring timely publishing.
- Monitor engage with and grow social media communities by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in social media to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Work closely with the Creative and Member Marketing teams to align social media efforts with overarching brand and business goals.
- Capture lofi content and post live from events club openings and key moments to showcase the brands lifestyle and exclusivity.
- Assist with financial and administrative processes to ensure seamless execution of projects and partnerships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management preferably in the luxury wellness or fitness industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including content formats analytics and tools (e.g. Dash Social Sprout Social or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and grammatically flawless content.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and detail with the ability to align visuals with a luxury brand identity.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Passion for health wellness and fitness with an understanding of the luxury market.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Pay Transparency: Min $66K - Max $70K
