You will Play a vital role in driving business growth managing daily sales operations and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners in the Hodgkins IL area.

Responsibilities:

• Leadmotivate and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to enhance sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
• Manage weekly sales reporting and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry( Toyota Experience- Preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Highly motivated target-driven self-motivated and results oriented.
