About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Category Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible facilitating sourcing projects (tendering and contracting) internal & external stakeholder management and Planned Preventative Maintenance PO Issuance

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement financial accountability ensuring services are procured costeffectively while meeting contractual service
  • Cost optimisation analysis
  • Procurement strategies for contracts balancing preventative/comprehensive/nonroutine maintenance scope of works service levels contract tenure and commercial risk
  • Tendering & contracting
  • Planned preventative maintenance PO Issuance
  • Procurement processes & policy best practice
  • Subcontractor governance & compliance
  • Customer & stakeholder management

About You

  • Experience in subcontracting and/or facilities management preferably within an outsourced services environment.
  • Strong background in contract administration reporting and systems/database management.
  • Proven ability to analyse and report on property facilities and financial data including KPI performance.
  • Sound financial capability including budgeting forecasting and cost monitoring.
  • Good technical knowledge of Hard / Soft FM services and relevant legislation and standards.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Commerce Supply Chain Business or a related discipline
