Together we can contribute to a more connected compassionate mental health and criminal justice Objective:As a Peer Worker you will provide direct support advocacy and recovery-focused engagement to consumers across Forensicare services. Working collaboratively with clinical teams and the wider Lived Experience Workforce you will:Key Responsibilities:Sharerelevant recovery strategies and stories based on your own lived consumers to be aware of their rights and responsibilities andfacilitatetheir access to external individual advocacy consumers in meetings tribunals and hearingsMaintainaccuraterecords and contribute to evaluationAbout You:Lived experience as a consumeror carerof mental health servicesand or forensic lived communicationand interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamRespect for diversity and confidentialityCertificate 4 in peer work is desirableTo access a detailed position description pleaseclick herePlease Note - Applications will be reviewed and interviewed as they are received.
