The Job:
Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions Join our team as an Application Engineer and become the go-to expert for mechanical fastening across the Nordic region! In this dynamic travel-focused role based in Sweden youll collaborate with Account Managers Product Managers Sales and Customer Service to provide tailored fastening solutions that meet our customers unique needs.

Heres a taste of what youll do:
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored fastening and automation solutions
- Deliver technical support and training to customers and internal teams
- Develop and present customised product proposals and coordinate product samples
- Manage engineering projects including VA/VE (ValueAnalysis/ValueEngineering) initiatives and sales pipeline opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure accurate reporting using CRM systems
About You:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable intimidated by fact you embrace it. Wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good You also have:
- Experience in applications engineering and/or the fastening and assembly industries
- Technical background relevant to the industry gained through experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative solution-focused mindset
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently propose tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; basic understanding of mechanical testing techniques
