What youll do

• Lead themechanical engineering scopefor FPSO E-House projects ensuring delivery toquality cost and schedule
• Produce and review designs specifications calculations and technical documentation for systems includingHVAC heat exchangers fire detection fire suppression gas detection Inergen piping mechanical handling and safety systems
• Manageengineering deliverables including document quality on-time delivery and customer comment resolution
• Act as the key interface betweenCustomer GE Module Fabricator and Sub-suppliers providing technical leadership across stakeholders
• Ensure designs comply withhealth & safety requirements international standards and class society rules and lead review of technical drawings layouts isometrics and 3D model inputs
• SupportFATs testing and commissioning activities and provide technical support toSales and ComOpsduring tendering.

What youll bring

• Bachelors DegreeinMechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 10 years experiencein a similar role withinFPSO offshore oil & gas marine power or utilities
• Strong experience in theoffshore marine industry especiallyFPSO E-house
• Technical knowledge of systems such asHVAC heat exchangers fire detection/suppression gas detection Inergen piping and mechanical handling
• Experience indesign engineering field engineering manufacturing shop assembly orspares/replacement parts support
• Ability to read and writetechnical specifications
• Strong stakeholder management communication and commercial awareness
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred experience

• Mechanical engineering background inMarine / Offshore / Oil & Gas
• Experience withmechanical system studies such asHVAC sizing heat-mass balance cooling load ventilation sizing duct sizing pressure drop sound calculations and technical specification preparation
• On-site commissioning experience on large projects
• Experience working inmatrixed cross-functional and international teams
