Location/Division Specific Information:
Clinical Trial Division Singapore

How Will You Make an Impact:
You will support the safe accurate and timely handling of clinical trial materials ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Your role directly contributes to the integrity of clinical studies and helps bring life-saving therapies to patients faster.

A Day in the Life:

Perform receiving storage picking packing and dispatch of clinical trial materials in accordance with SOPs and GDP/cGMP requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions and documentation ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues support temperature-controlled shipments and ensure on-time delivery to global clinical sites.

Education:
High School Diploma Secondary Education Advanced Certificate or equivalent.

Experience:

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution warehouse or supply chain or related field

Preferred: Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Able to work in cold environments.
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks (e.g. lifting standing for extended periods).
