The primary technical expert responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery through expertise and team leadership. This role serves as a key operational leader maintaining client relationships while handling complex issues and demands. The position focuses on quality assurance and regulatory compliance while providing technical oversight for deliverables.
what will you do:
- Lead and support team operations performance management and professional development of team members
- Ensure quality standards regulatory compliance and accurate application of methodologies across all deliverables and cluster work
- Drive process improvements implement new standards and software systems and monitor adherence to established protocols
- Provide technical expertise resolve complex administrative and operational issues and identify training needs for team development
- Manage sensitive stakeholder and client communications handle complex secretarial matters and maintain strong cluster relationships
Qualifications :
Educational Background: Degree holder and/or related Professional qualification
Professional Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matter
