SEO Content Specialist (mfd) Expert Content & AI Discovery

1. Deep SubjectMatter Content Development 

• Dive deeply into food service equipment spare parts maintenance usage compatibility and troubleshooting. 
• Develop expert content such as:  
  • How-to explanations / content 
  • FAQs and problemsolution content 
  • indepth guides 
  • maintenance and replacement guides 
  • buying and compatibility guides 
• Translate technical knowledge into content that is:  
  • accurate 
  • understandable 
  • trustworthy 
  • structured 

2. Collaboration with Experts 

This role acts as the bridge between technical expertise and digital discoverability. It works together closely with 

• inhouse product experts OEM owners and category managers 
• sales and customer care 
• our colleagues from PT UK and PTA searching to re-use content within the group 
• external OEM partners and experts 

3. Content for Search & AI Answer Engines 

Create and optimize content for:  

• classic search results 
• featured snippets 
• People also ask 
• AIgenerated summaries (Google AI-overview Copilot assistants) 

Structure content according to SEO (and best-case GEO) principles so that machines can easily parse it understand relationships and cite it reliably. 

This includes semantic structure precise terminology clear definitions stepbystep logic tables bullet frameworks and comparisons. 

4. SEO & Content Architecture (ContentDriven) 

• Build topic clusters and internal content ecosystems. 
• Define content hierarchies (pillar pages supporting pages). 
• Collaborate with Technical SEO (Ecommerce team) to ensure content is indexable and reusable. 
• Ensure consistency of terminology across content product data and microcopy. 

5. Continuous Content Improvement 

• Review and upgrade existing content 
• Analyze performance signals (rankings impressions CTR snippet inclusion). 
• Experiment with formats that perform best in AI answers. 

Qualifications :

• Experience in SEOdriven content creation (1-3 years). 
• Proven ability to write longform indepth expertlevel content. 
• Excellent ability to explain complex topics clearly. 
• Strong understanding of search intent. 
• Industry Learning Capability: Natural curiosity for technical and industrial subjects. 
• Ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex product and mechanical knowledge. 
• Initial experience / familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) 

You do not need to be a Food Service machines expert but you must think like an educator of technical topics. 

AI & Tooling 

• Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT Perplexity Copilot Claude etc.) as:  
  • research accelerators 
  • drafting assistants 
  • content QA tools 
• Understanding how AI systems retrieve combine and summarize content. 
• Ability to design content with AI consumption in mind not just keyword density. 
• Structured methodical thinker. 
• Selfdriven learner. 
• Comfortable collaborating with technicians and experts. 
• Pride in producing content that genuinely helps users. 

Education 

• Degree in Marketing Communication Digital Journalism Engineering or similar. 
• Technical education and industry experience is a strong plus (but not required). 

Languages: 

• Native level language skills in Italian German  Spanish or French preferred  
• Fluent English written at high professional level. 
• Must be able to navigate in a multi-lingual environment 

Success Indicators (First 612 Months) 

• Clear improvement in visibility for highintent expert topics. 
• Increased presence in featured snippets and AIgenerated answers. 
• Creation of a recognizable knowledge layer around REPA / Gastrotiger. 
• Strong internal trust from technicians and experts in content accuracy.
