What youll do:

NinjaTraderGroup LLC isseekinga detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its in-house legal team across a diverse and growing FinTech business. This role provides critical support across litigation regulatory and corporate matters for a group of affiliated entities including a software company (NinjaTrader LLC) a regulated futures commission merchant (NinjaTraderClearing LLC) and an educational company (NT Technologies LLC). This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at the intersection of technology financial services andregulation.

In this role you will:

• Assistthe legal team in all phases of litigation including responding to discovery requests (document collection review and production)
• Support responses to subpoenas and third-party information requests
• Manage andmaintainlegal holds and document preservation processes
• Assistwith contract lifecycle management including organizing tracking andmaintainingagreements
• Prepare and file corporate documents including regulatory and corporate filings
• Maintain corporate records minute books and entity documentation across multiple affiliated companies
• Docket and track legal deadlines court dates and regulatory obligations
• Review and process legal invoices andassistwith outside counsel billing management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal matters
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research as needed
• Support compliance-related tasks and internal policies
• Perform general administrative and organizational duties typical of a paralegal role within a FinTech environment

Whatyoullneed:

• Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (experience in financial services or FinTech preferred)
• Familiarity with litigation processes discovery and subpoena response workflows
• Experience with contract management and corporate record keeping
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiencywith standard business software including Microsoft Excel Outlook Word and document management systems
• Experience working with regulated entities (e.g. broker-dealers FCMs or similar) is a plus

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with futures industry regulations (CFTC NFA) is a plus
• Experience with e-discovery tools and legal billing systems
• Exposure to corporate governance practices and compliance frameworks

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $80000.00 - $100000.00 addition this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay atNinjaTraderis based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowanceaccruesat a rate of23 daysper year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago Illinois.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday with remote work on Mondays and addition to these weekly remote days we offer:

• 20additionalflex remote days annually
