Seasonal Human Resources Assistant (On-site)

To help us keep our ducks in a row Lakeshores Human Resources team in Garland UT could use the support of a Seasonal HR Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment! If you are an incredibly organized individual who wants to learn new skills in a challenging yet fun environmentand you have a passion for helping others and pitching in where neededthen dont pass up this opportunity! Shift:Monday-Friday 10:00am 6:30pm 

A day on the job looks like this:

• Assisting with the maintenance of employee records for our DC3 associate population 
• Auditing and updating employee data via HRIS reporting and Excel 
• Running regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management 
• Employee Support: Assisting employees with their questions escalating where appropriate. 
• Supporting the HR team with project-based work related to benefits HRIS compliance etc. 
• Administrative tasks: Preparing correspondence reports and other documentation maintaining records and files and entering and processing financial data 
• Payroll: Assisting with payroll functions as needed 
• Hiring: Coordinating hiring activities assisting with new employee setup training and onboarding and schedules 
• Events: Coordinating employer-sponsored events assisting at events 
• Completing other tasks as needed by the department

Qualifications :

• A bachelors degree is preferred 
• 1 years of HR experience is preferred 
• Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred 
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines 
• Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude 
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word Outlookand PowerPoint 
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills 
• A solutions-driven collaborative approach to working with all levels of staff
