[MWE] WEBCON Consultant Team Lead

Project the aim youll have

We are looking for an experienced Senior WEBCON Consultant / Team Lead who will lead the WEBCON implementation team delivering client projects while also supporting the growth of the WEBCON offering within Software Mind. This role combines delivery leadership client-facing consulting presales involvement and contribution to the strategy for growing the WEBCON area in the organization.

Position how youll contribute

• Lead the WEBCON implementation team delivering projects for clients
• Design and implement business processes applications and workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into effective system solutions
• Run workshops gather requirements and recommend the target implementation approach
• Oversee solution quality architecture configuration and delivery
• Cooperate with clients business stakeholders and technical teams on the Software Mind side
• Design and supervise integrations between WEBCON and external systems such as ERP HR CRM IAM or Service Desk platforms
• Participate in presales activities including solution shaping estimations proposals and client presentations
• Support the development of the WEBCON offering in Software Mind including identifying new use cases and market opportunities across selected industries

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

• Several years of hands-on experience in WEBCON BPS implementations ideally also in a lead or senior expert role
• Strong knowledge of WEBCON BPS including process design forms workflows business rules reporting and platform administration
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow design
• Ability to run client workshops and gather business and functional requirements
• Good understanding of system integrations especially REST API web services SQL and data exchange with external platforms
• Very good SQL knowledge
• Ability to work effectively between business and IT teams translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in leading a team or mentoring consultants and developers
• Very good English communication skills both written and spoken

Additional skills the edge you have

• Knowledge of BPMN or UML
• Experience in presales proposal preparation and project estimation
• Practical knowledge of processes in at least one of the following industries: Telco Financial Services and Insurance or Healthcare
