Thisposition resides with The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) and worksalongside The New Home Warranty Insurance (Canada) Corporation (NHWICC) and theProfessional Home Builders Institute of Alberta (PHBI) and Dweller HomeServices.
Accountable for:
Thesuccessful incumbent will be accountable for data entry document managementand various administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of thedepartment. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills excellentorganizational abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in adynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Claims Resolution SummerStudent:
Accurately input and update data in internalsystems ensuring accuracy and data consistency across files.
Ability to run spreadsheets keepcommunications in order update clients cost wise track all the contractorinvoicing
Organize retrieve and manage electronic andphysical documents.
Assist in preparing scanning and filingdocumentation for department files.
Provide administrative support as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams Sharepoint)
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with residential construction terminology and practices an asset.
- Experience in Salesforce or CRM database systems an asset.
Must be between the ages of 16 and 30 as this position is partially funded by the Canada Summer Student grant program
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education in business administration or related area and returning to a post-secondary institution following your work term. Candidates must be at least in the 2ndyear of their Program
- Available and legally authorized to work in Canada for a 14-week full time work-term
- Previous work experience with administrative duties and supporting teams would be an asset
- The ability to collaborate with teams strong communication and positive attitude all desired skills for this position
