THE TEAM

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management team is to prevent detect and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product people property and information at our Distribution Centres (DC). You will play a pivotal role in supporting with executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention detection and resolution of loss throughout all our locations. THE ROLE

As the Team Lead DC Risk you will lead the team to:

  • Minimize the loss of merchandise

  • Protect our people our clients and our communities

  • Ensure the safety of our physical assets

  • Preserve and safeguard confidential information

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Team Lead DC Risk has:

  • Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in Enterprise Risk Management

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $20 - $50 CAD per hour. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
