For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

More than 4 years of experience implementing software solutions
Strong knowledge of programming languages and Java
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins Azure DevOps GitLab CI) including configuration optimization and monitoring
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices
Certifications in DevOps or programming languages
Experience delivering end-to-end projects
Experience in international projects or high-criticality environments (e.g. finance banking insurance)
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in software quality
English language skills at least a B2 level
Availability for a hybrid work model 3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
