Industrial Engineer & BPS Coordintator Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Analyze and redesign manufacturing processes workflows and facility layouts to increase throughput and reduce waste.

VSD/VSM Kanban system plant layout standardized work cycle time quick changeover ergonomics TPM FOL LLD etc.

• Time & Method Studies: Conduct time studies and method analysis to establish accurate labor standards and improve worker efficiency. Manage time data value in SAP using the Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) tool.
• Capacity Planning: Calculate production capacity and optimize resource utilization including machinery and personnel.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all processes comply with safety standards (Ergonomics)and quality specifications.
• Data Analysis: Use statistical tools and software (e.g. Minitab AutoCAD Excel) to analyze production data and suggest improvements.
• Documentation: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) process documentation

Qualifications :

• B.E / - Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 8-10 years of Industrial experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office    (Excel PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles can be an added advantage
