Head of Medical Device Services Europe

We are seeking a Regional Business Line Leader Medical Device Services Europe with endtoend responsibility for the European Medical Device Services network.

Reporting to Group SVP BioPharma Services Europe this role holds full P&L accountability and leads strategy execution across a multisite regulated and growthoriented business. The position can be based in Munich or Milan.

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

• Define and execute the European Medical Device Services strategy.
• Drive topline growth and market share expansion with a strong focus on strategic and key accounts.
• Position and evolve the service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes customer needs and market trends.
• Partner with Company Presidents Boards and Executive Management Teams to set longterm objectives scientific direction and commercial priorities.

Operational & P&L Ownership

• Maintain full accountability for P&L performance including revenue growth margin cost control and capital discipline.
• Translate commercial strategy into concrete operational levers ensuring efficient scalable and profitable service delivery across laboratories.
• Identify and drive structural performance improvements combining entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline..

People & Leadership

• Ensure the business is led by highcalibre leaders; develop coach and successionplan key management talent.
• Foster open communication accountability and performance culture across countries and sites.

Qualifications :

Experience

• Minimum 7 years in senior leadership roles with at least 3 years of full P&L responsibility for complex multisite businesses.
• Demonstrated success in growthdriven commercial organisations.
• Ideally coming from regulated environment but is not a must

Education

• Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering or Life Sciences required.

Languages

• Fluent in English.
