Job Summary
- Lead the development of a coherent marketing admissions and communication approach aligned with the LIS strategic direction
- Use data and insight to guide enrolment planning and decision-making
- Monitor trends positioning and enrolment patterns to ensure LIS is clearly and authentically represented
- Provide leadership and coordination for the relevant teams and functions
- Support enrolment planning through data-informed decision-making
- Ensure a consistent and effective approach to internal and external communications
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the schools reputation and positioning
- Contribute to whole-school planning and strategic initiatives
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing Communications Business Administration Education Management or a related field
- Ability to manage teams and projects
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and organisational capability
