Job Summary

Position Summary:

The T&E Analyst supports the Companys Travel & Expense (T&E) department. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality employee support accurate financial reporting and other T&E activities such as expense processing and corporate card administration activities.

Key responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for T&E-related inquiries ensuring a positive employee experience.

Assist with T&E policy communication and training for cardholders.

Monitor and work towards closure of open items in different T&E systems (oustanding expenses in Concur open balances in SAP and similar).

Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational and audit purposes.

Contribute to continuous improvement of T&E processes and controls.

Support other T&E functions such as Expense Processing and Corporate Card Administration activities

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Relevant associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Experience:

Experience in finance accounting or administrative roles is an advantage.

Previous exposure to T&E processes card administration or Concur system is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook).

Experience with Concur or similar systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting or expense management principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in English both written and spoken (min. B2).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support employees professionally.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
