Role Overview
Were hiring a Systems Administrator Team Lead to lead our Systems Team responsible for reliable secure and scalable operations across IT cloud/server infrastructure hosting platforms and Live Production Support (LPS).
Youll combine hands-on systems administration and platform engineering with people leadershipsetting priorities improving processes and ensuring strong service delivery and operational excellence.

Compensation
CAD $90000 - $130000 annually plus benefits.

What Youll Do
- Lead a small sharp Systems team
- Run agile workflows. Keep work moving and priorities clear
- Own IT operations. Access endpoints processes documentation
- Drive security practices. Patching access control incident readiness
- Manage AWS servers (Windows & Linux) and infrastructure
- Oversee hosting platforms (Plesk WordPress)
- Improve automation DevOps and deployment workflows
- Strengthen uptime monitoring and disaster recovery
- Participate in on-call and support production when it matters

- Stays calm under pressure and solves problems
- Knows how to lead without overcomplicating things
- Balances technical depth with practical decision-making
What You Bring
- Experience leading a small technical team
- Strong systems admin background (Windows Linux)
- Solid AWS experience (IAM networking compute storage)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Git workflows
- Experience with hosting environments (Plesk WordPress)
- Comfort with incident response and on-call environments
